What regulations apply to the transportation of pesticides?

Federal laws administered by the U.S. EPA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security regulate the shipping and transportation of pesticides. Pesticides, by definition, are hazardous materials and therefore numerous regulations apply to their transportation. For more information see:
